In addition to contracted services for pool and landscape maintenance, our property requires the services of 48 full-time employees.
The 2009 annual budget for Portsview at the Waterways Condominium Association, Inc. is $5,828,011.48.
Monthly assessments (maintenance payments) are due on the first of each month. Penalties will be applied if payment is received after the 10th of the month.

Residents may use the guest parking area on the north side of Harborside between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Other outside parking is reserved for use by guests and visitors.
Renters are entiled to use all the facilities that are available to owners without restriction. The owner, however, may not have use of the common elements or association property during the rental period.
Our property participates in the "Aventura Police Department Tresspass After Warning Program" which allows Aventura Police Officers to act as agents of the Association in dealing with those who may be trespassing or loitering on the property.
Deliveries and contractors that require the use of the service elevator must advise the management office at least 24 hours in advance. Move-ins and move-outs must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.

Portsview: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Saturday
Harborside: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Saturday
Harbor Towers: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Saturday
Visitors (guests) staying overnight or longer in a unit as a guest of a resident are entitled to use all of the facilities in the same manner as a resident. Guests visiting for a shorter time (not overnight) may use these facilities only when accompanied by the resident.
