Re: Leasing/Rental Policy
“No unit in the Condominium may be leased/rented, whether for consideration or not, for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of acquisition of said Unit. This change shall apply to all Units acquired on or after March 15, 2010.”
Also, please note that no unit Owner may rent a Unit more than once during any twelve month period, and no rental shall be for less than a twelve month term. The Association has the right to approve or disapprove all rentals. Please refer to the Harborside Documents and/or to the Harborside “green booklet” for complete statement.

Important Information regarding new gates installed on the Promenade.

MESSAGING SYSTEM
Our association will be employing a notification system by telephone which will be put into effect from time to time when necessary.
In addition to other applications, it will be used to notify residents when there is potential garage flooding due to heavy rain. Those who have assigned parking on the first level will receive an automated phone call advising them to temporarily relocate their car to an upper level or outside of the garage. The desk attendants may be able to offer suggested options.
The phone system will serve as a notification but will not eliminate the car owner's responsibility. Everyone should be alert to weather changes that may cause garage flooding and take appropriate preventive measures whether or not the system is activated.
The automated phone calls may be made day or night when warranted. If you do not wish to receive this call or if you want another person to receive the call instead or in addition to yourself, you must notify Steve in the management office. Contact him at steve@portsviewatthewaterways.com
